Can. health agency wants to track drug prescriptions

Aboriginals in Canada are being asked to sign a consent form that critics say grants unprecedented access to medical records.

Health Canada drafted the consent form in order to track drug prescription use in Alberta. But tribal advocates say the effort lacks privacy protections.
