Woman paid for $12K 'demo' win at Tulalip casino

TUESDAY, APRIL 15, 2003 A leading Indian casino game manufacturer paid $12,026.50 to a woman in Washington who thought she won the money at the Tulalip Tribes' casino. Deborah Hughes unwittingly played a slot machine in "demo mode." Multimedia Games of Texas learned of the error and paid the money, saying the casino was not at fault. Get the Story:
