Study shows benefit of tribal casino in Tex.

THURSDAY, APRIL 24, 2003 The state of Texas is losing out on $2 billion because it shut down the Alabama-Coushatta Tribe's casino. The tribe commissioned the study, which was done by The Perryman Group, an economic analysis firm. The study said the state was losing money because gamblers are going to Louisiana. The state of Texas went to court to close the casino. Get the Story:
