Aboriginals protest lack of consultation

Aboriginals in Canada are protesting lawmakers' efforts to overhaul the federal-tribal relationship.

The First Nations Governance Act is being called an update to the Indian Act. It would reform the way tribal governments are run and impose new accountability measures.
