Crow Tribe begins to enforce fish and game laws

The Crow Tribe of Montana has begun enforcing fish and game laws on the reservation.

New chairman Carl Venne has made it a priority to enforce the laws. His administration is negotiating with the state on an agreement that could harmonize tribal and state hunting seasons, limits and other requirements and bring more revenues to the tribe.
