Audit finds rampant problems at First Nation casino

THURSDAY, MAY 1, 2003 A review of the Dakota Tipi First Nation's casino by Manitoba's auditor general has found numerous problems. The report, a copy of which is linked below, says casino funds have gone unaccounted. The auditor says there is no effective oversight of Indian casinos. Get the Story:
