Tribal tax bill defeated again in Idaho

FRIDAY, MAY 2, 2003 The Idaho House on Thursday voted 52-18 to kill a tribal cigarette tax. It was the second time this year that such a proposal has been rejected. Republicans have also tried to impose gasoline taxes on the reservation with little success. Get the Story:
