Native family upset with handling of son's death

TUESDAY, MAY 6, 2003 The family of a Turtle Mountain Ojibwe teenager who was found dead in North Dakota last year says local law enforcement didn't take the case seriously. Russell Turcotte, 17, was found beaten to death outside of Grand Forks last November. He was reported missing over the summer as he was making his way home to Montana. There are three unsolved deaths of Native men in Grand Forks. Get the Story:
