A new film by a Syracuse University film student focuses on the Oneida Nation's destruction of a home owned by tribal member Danielle Patterson.

The tribe said it had to destroy the trailer due to safety concerns. Patterson contends she is the victim of retaliation because she has spoken out against nation representative Ray Halbritter.

The film is called "Fourteenth Family" in reference to the families whose tribal services have been severed by Halbritter's administration.
