N.Y. tribe using federal law to reclaim ancestors

The Cayuga Nation of New York is seeking the return of tribal ancestors and tribal artifacts under the Native American Grave Protection and Repatriation Act.

The tribe wants to repatriate the items from the New York State Museum. A tribal spokesperson said the remains and artifacts would be buried on newly acquired land.
