Three former employees of the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation of Connecticut are suing the tribe after being fired from well-paying jobs with expensive perks.

Patty Webster used to manage a hotel the tribe owns. In addition to her $200,000-plus annual salary, she had a $7,000 travel and clothing allowance, a company car, free dry-cleaning, the authority to buy gifts for hotel employees and other "signing privileges."

The privileges, said Webster's attorney, are standard in the hospitality industry. Webster reportedly bought $1,200 in baby shower gifts for one of the fired employees and took personal trips to Disneyland and other resorts.

The employees are suing in state court, charging that they were wrongfully terminated for allegations of financial impropriety.

The hotel is located off-reservation.
