Oklahoma's tribal leaders aren't ready to endorse new tobacco and gaming compacts but talks with state politicians continue.

The state is hoping to take up to $30 million from tribal gaming operations through compacts for electronic Class II/Class III games. Racetracks would be allowed to operate the same games.

The state is also looking to share in tribal tobacco revenues. Twelve tobacco compacts expired this year.
