Pueblo leader recovering from fire burns

WEDNESDAY, MAY 28, 2003 Jake Viarrial, governor of Pojoaque Pueblo in New Mexico, expects to return to work full-time in about a month after recovering from first- and second-degree burns on 6 percent of his body. Viarrial was in Mexico when a hotel he was staying at caught on fire. His right foot was seriously burned. Get the Story:
