Families are moving into a $5.2 million housing complex on the Navajo Reservation in New Mexico.

The complex was set to open July 2002 but problems with the construction forced a delay. Crawl spaces underneath the homes lack adequate ventilation, The Farmington Daily Times reported, and the problem is still being addressed.

The complex has 44 homes.
