The Golden Hill Paugussett Tribe of Connecticut is warning other tribes in the state not to consider looking near Bridgeport to host an off-reservation casino.

The tribe, which has been denied preliminary federal recognition, says it has exclusive rights to the city. City leaders have agreed to host a casino if the tribe gains federal status.
