Mich. tribe breaks ground on substance abuse center

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 4, 2003 The Saginaw Chippewa Tribe of Michigan broke ground last Thursday on a inpatient substance abuse treatment center. The tribe's Behavioral Health and Residential Treatment Center will provide on-reservation treatment for adult and adolescents. The center will have space for apartments and family meeting rooms.
