Connecticut's Department of Public Health won't reverse a decision to expand the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation's water authority, The New London Day reports.

Local leaders objected to the agency's original decision, which they say was made without their input. They claim the tribe will be able to expand its trust land acquisitions.
