Upstate Citizens for Equality, an anti-treaty rights group based in New York, plans to protest the Cayuga Nation's gas station.

The tribe opened the gas station on land within its ancestral territory. The tribe doesn't plan on charging state tax.

UCE, which is linked to other anti-Indian and anti-sovereignty organizations, says it will protest this Saturday, Flag Day.
