WEDNESDAY, JUNE 18, 2003 The Ponca Tribe of Nebraska fired its social services director after he was arrested on charges of child abuse. Samuel Thompson, 51, has been charged with two counts of intentional child abuse without injury. He allegedly photographed young girls. Get the Story:
