NPS settles Yellowstone ranger's whistleblower complain

WEDNESDAY, JULY 9, 2003 The National Park Service has settled a whistleblower complaint filed by a ranger who criticized hunting practices around Yellowstone National Park. Bob "Action" Jackson will be allowed to return to work for a final season. He had been hit with a gag order after he complained that hunters were luring elk out of the park, where they are protected.
