Indian inmates in Mont. settle prison lawsuit

Indian inmates have settled a lawsuit alleged religious discrimination in Montana's prison system.

The settlement requires changes in the prison policy to prevent discrimination of any particular faith. Indian inmates said they were being treated differently and forced to comply with requirements that others weren't.
