Means faces traffic charges again in S.D. county

American Indian Movement activist Russell Means isn't off the hook for driving with a suspended license, The Rapid City Journal reports.

A South Dakota judge dismissed charges against Means, who maintains a residence on the Pine Ridge Reservation, after he failed to show up to court for the fourth time. Now, county prosecutors say they will refile the charges.
