N.M. tribe signs high-speed network agreement

TUESDAY, JULY 22, 2003 Pojoaque Pueblo in New Mexico has signed an agreement with Qwest to build a high-speed fiber-optic network in northern New Mexico's Pojoaque Valley. The tribe will defer its right of way costs in order for the company to build on its land. The tribe will be able to tap into the network, and offer network services at a planned industrial park.
