"Windtalkers," the World War II movie featuring Navajo Code Talkers and the Marines assigned to protect them, has been delayed by MGM.

The movie was set to open during the Veterans Day weekend next month. But due to a crowded fall and holiday movie schedule, and not September 11's terrorist attacks, the studio will debut the movie June 14.

Nicolas Cage stars as a Marine and Adam Beach stars as a Code Talker. MGM held a party for the movie in Washington, DC, the day President Bush awarded the Code Talkers Congressional Gold medals.
