Indian trading post burns down

FEBRUARY 13, 2001 The Santo Domingo Indian Trading Post, located at Santo Domingo Pueblo in New Mexico, burned down on Sunday due to a fire of unknown cause. The post dates back to 1881 and was a prominent stop on the old Route 66 as well as the railroad. It hadn't been open in years, however. Get the Story:
