Indian international expert to speak

Indian and international law expert Mary Beth West will speak at the University or North Dakota and two area high schools.

West is an ambassador in the State Department and is a former Indian and international law professor at the University of New Mexico. She has experience in megotiation of international fisheries and science agreements.

Her husband, Rick West, will also speak at UND on the National Museum of American Indian. He is director of NMAI.
