Court declines affirmative action case

The Supreme Court on Monday declined without comment to review a case which has struck down affirmative action policies at higher educational institutions in Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi.

The Court declined a similar case which upheld affirmative action policies at a law school in Washington, The issue is far from over, however, as there are more cases making their way through the court system.
