Neb. school hosts pow-wow

MONDAY, NOVEMBER 19, 2001 The University of Nebraska at Lincoln over the weekend played host to an annual pow-wow that drew an estimated 700 people. The pow-wow was sponsored by the University of Nebraska Inter-Tribal Exchange and the school's University Program Council. Like most pow-wows, it featured drum groups, dancing, food, speakers, socializing and a Girl Scout troop. Get the Story:
