Alaska Natives seek wind power

Hoping to reduce their dependence on high-priced diesel fuel, the Alaska Native village of Norvik is seeking to harness the natural power of wind.

Residents of Norvik pay 47 cents per kilowatt-hour for fuel that probably originated in their state but had to travel to refineries in Washington first.
