MARCH 1, 2001 Chris Clark, project manager for the Mohegan Tribal Utility Authority, on Wednesday said the $30 million sewer project is two-thirds complete. The Connecticut tribe is expanding its sewer line in connection with the $1 billion expansion of its casino. Get the Story:
