MAY 10, 2001 The Ho-Chunk Nation says it supports a state plan to release 35 elk in central Wisconsin. Farmers, however, say the elk will damage their crops. Wisconsin has previously reintroduced elk in the northern part of the state, with a few conflicts with farmers. Get the Story:
