Archaeological ruins in Southern Arizona classified as "Hohokam" are being damaged by lack of training of local workers, vandalism, and looting.

A Pinal County road crew recently bulldozed a site that had not been reported to the state. Archaeologists say local officias are required to work with the Arizona State Museum and State Historic Preservation Office.
