Tulalip suspend development

Citing concerns about wildlife habitat, water availability, and a near capacity sewage treatment plant, the Tulalip Tribe has instituted an emergency moratorium on new developments that will allow them to deal with problems they currently faces. At least 100 septic systems have been reported as failing throughout the reservation.
