THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 29, 2001 While a federal judge was busy drafting a contempt order requiring her to fight evidence showing she committed a fraud on the court, Secretary of Interior Gale Norton on Wednesday was making renewable energy a top priority. Norton spoke to a gathering of manufacturers of solar, wind and geothermal energy sources in Washington, D.C. But like Indian Country critics of her actions on the trust fund, members of Congress and industry leaders said the session was more of the Wizard behind a curtain of Oz. Get the Story:
