Congress gave final approval to a bill to clean up toxic sites in states and reservations throughout the country.

States and tribes are eligible to receive grants to clean up the so-called brownfields. Brownfields are abandoned industrial sites.

The bill provides up to $200 million a year for five years. It now goes onto President Bush for his signature.
