Agreement reached on cultural sites

The city of Boulder, Colorado, has reached an agreement to consult with area tribes and other representatives on cultural sites.

The city hasn't run into any problems with the discovery of artifacts or sacred sites, according to an official. But the city is taking a proactive stance that is unique, said a consultant who helped develop the agreement with tribes.
