Neighbors of the Sunflower Army Ammunition Plant in Kansas offered suggestion Monday night on what to do with the decommission site.

The plant was once under consideration to host a Wonderful World of Oz theme park. The deal fell through after local objections were raised.

The Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma would like to see the site used for its benefit. Saying its members used to live on the land, the tribe is asking Secretary of Interior Gale Norton to take it into trust.
