Wis. tribe eyes power plant

The St. Croix Ojibwe of Wisconsin are considering building a gas-fired power plant that would generate 70 to 100 megawatts of electricity.

The power would be used for a tribal fishery. But the tribe is also looking to sell electricity on the energy market.
