Clinic tries to stop drug abuse

The Eskasoni Health Centre in Eskasoni is tackling the drug problem among the Native community in Nova Scotia.

Drug abuse and over-prescription of drugs by physicians have led to problems in the community. The clinic has developed an innovative program to address the problem and its director has said non-Natives from outside the community are seeking out the doctors there.
