First Nations say police chargesdon't go far enough

As two Saskatoon officers face charges for assault and unlawful confinement in connection with an incident in January, First Nations leaders in Saskatchewan say the charges don't reflect the alleged crime. The Federation of Saskatchewan Indian Nations want attempted murder charges brought against the two officers who have been suspended without pay for a month. The officers will appear in provincial court May 3.
