WEDNESDAY, MARCH 13, 2002 BRITISH COLUMBIA:
First Nations leaders are opposing a referendum that tests voter support for sovereignty and the treaty process. Band leaders say they will protest, start boycotts and start advertising against the eight question referendum, scheduled to mailed later this year.
