TUESDAY, DECEMBER 10, 2002 The following documents of note were published in today's Federal Register. No Child Left Behind Act
The Bureau of Indian Affairs announces its intent to form a negotiated rulemaking committee to develop recommendations for proposed regulations under the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001. The BIA is seeking tribal leaders to sit on the committee. It is also seeking comments on the establishment of the committee. Responses are due by January 9, 2003, to:
