Pulmonary anthrax has been diagnoses in a New Jersey postal worker, the 13th nationwide case of the potentially deadly disease.

Antrhax was also found at a mail site that handles letters for the Justice Department. Last Friday, the Supreme Court shut its doors for the first time since moving to its current building due to anthrax discovered at an off-site mail facility.

Today, the Court heard oral arguments at the D.C. Court of Appeals instead.

Eight people have been diagnosed with inhaled anthrax, which often leads to death. A Florida man who was infected has since recovered.
