Bison meat store opens in S.D.

JUNE 8, 2001 A new bison meat outlet has opened in Jefferson, South Dakota. The store is open only on Fridays and Saturdays, although owners hope to add more days to the schedule. The products include frozen cuts and dried bison. The meat comes from a couple of ranches in the state. Get the Story:
