AUGUST 23, 2000 The US Consumer Product Safety Commission has issued a recall for three infant toys and devices. The Commission has received 110 reports of serious injuries, including concussions and fractured collarbones resulting from use of the "Lift and Lock Swing," made by Fisher-Price. The swing doesn't contain restraining devices. Children have fallen out of it while attempting to dismount from the swing. The Commission has received over 300 reports of injuries, none serious, about the "Get up and Go" walker, also made by Fisher-Price. Children just learning to walk can fall out of the device. The "Le Cradle" bassinet made by Kids Line has also been recalled. One infant in Florida reportedly died after being trapped within a pocket between the mattress and the bassinet's sides. Consumers can call Fisher-Price toll-free at (800) 343-1502 to correct the problems. Consumers can call Kids Line toll-free at (866) LECRADL (532-7235) for a replacement kit. The swing:
