FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 2, 2001

After additional tests showed no presence of anthrax remaining in the building, the Supreme Court is set to reopen on Monday.

Anthrax had been found at an off-site mail facility for the Court and at the building itself. In response, the Court closed and held hearings at another location.

The Court will now open on Monday but will only admit visitors for oral arguments.
