Experts: Racists too dumb to use anthrax

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 9, 2001 White supremacist groups don't have the knowledge, resources or expertise to be behind the nation's anthrax scare, said experts who monitor racist groups. Still, federal health and law enforcement officials don't know if the person or persons behind the anthrax-tainted letters are domestic or foreign terrorists. Despite the doubts, President Bush last night sought to reassure Americans of the threat that has killed four and sickened others. Get the Story:
