THURSDAY, MARCH 21, 2002 A report by a national organization cites a lack of discussion on inhalant abuse in comparison to other substances. According to the Alliance for Consumer Education, parents are less likely to have discussed inhalants than drugs, alcohol, tobacco and poisons. The non-profit organization says more education is needed. Inhalant abuse, or huffing, is a particular problem in Alaska, especially in rural villages. Get the Story:
