One of the rebel leaders of the Northern Alliance, an anti-Taliban group in Afghanistan, said on Tuesday the United States is following his "hit list" of Taliban targets.

Gen. Abdurrashid Dostum said he provides U.S.-led forces with a list every day and each one is hit by bombs. The Pentagon would not confirm to The Washington Post of this increased help to the alliance.

The alliance is a coalition of Uzbek and Tajik tribes. Previously described as somewhat loose, Dostum says differences among various military leaders have been resolved and he is now a commander for the tribal groups.
