Photo © Washington Post The race between incumbent Alberto Fujimori and Alejandro Toledo isn't quite over yet. With almost 100% of precincts reporting an unofficial count of 48 percent to 41 percent vote, respectively, a run-off election is likely. Toledo, an Indian candidate, led a march along with his supporters to the Presidential Palace, believing the results to be government tampered. Fujimori was expected to lead in rural areas of the country, where earlier exit polls had not been conducted. Sources:
